What is a Andorra.bz card?

A Andorra.bz card is a pre-paid MasterCard that comes in any dollar amount between $25 and $500 or 25€ and 500€. It can be used anywhere MasterCard Debit cards are accepted.

The Andorra.bz MasterCard Debit card works just like a pre-paid phone card or store gift card and can be reloaded with additional funds over and over again. The Andorra.bz card can be purchased online or through a participating bank or retail location and is sold with the Andorra.bz CashPak. In the CashPak there are Tips and Frequently Asked Questions, Cardholder Agreement, and a handy register to keep track of purchases.

Is there an age limit for using or purchasing a Andorra.bz card?

There is no age limit for using the Andorra.bz card. If someone under the age of 18 is purchasing a Andorra.bz card (or parents, guardian, etc. are purchasing a card for them), an online application will need to be completed.

In addition, a copy of the recipients social security card will need to be faxed to the Andorra.bz Special Services deptartment at: (305) 515-8099.

How long does it take to receive a personalized Andorra.bz card?

If the card was requested online or through a Customer Service Representative, it will be received by the customer within 7-10 business days from the date it was ordered.

Where can the Andorra.bz card be used?

The Andorra.bz Pre-Paid MasterCard Debit card can be used anywhere MasterCard Debit cards are accepted. The MasterCard logo should be displayed on the merchant's window, in the register area, or on their website.

When is the Andorra.bz card ready for use?

Once the card is received and activated/registered through the phone system or Andorra.bz website, the card can be used.

NOTE: If the card was purchased at a participating bank location, it may take up to two business days for the funds to be available.

Can the Andorra.bz card be used for online purchases?

Yes, the card can be used for online puchases if the merchant accepts MasterCard Debit cards as a form of payment.

What information needs to be entered when making online purchases?

When making purchases online, use the name and address provided when the Andorra.bz card was purchased/registered. Some internet retailers insist that the billing and shipping addresses be identical. If the address used to register the Andorra.bz card is not the same as the address the merchandise is being shipped to, the retailer may decline the sale.

What if a purchase needs to be returned?

Return the item to the online or physical store location where the item was purchased and follow the store’s standard return policy. If there are questions about the return, the best and fastest way, to get answers is to contact the store directly. The credit will be applied to the Andorra.bz card within approximately 7-10 days after the date the return is processed.

Will an item purchased over the internet be sent if there are not enough funds on the Andorra.bz card?

No. Most internet merchants will accept your order initially and validate the information later. If no e-mail or phone confirmation is received for the order, return to the merchant's website and use their order tracking system to inquire about the purchase, or contact the merchant's customer service department.

How is a Andorra.bz card activated?

When a Andorra.bz card is purchased or received, it needs to be activated prior to using it. Activate the card by calling the Customer Service department (305) 515-8099 or through the Andorra.bz Website. If using the website, select the "Activate Card" link. It will promt you for your username and password information. The username is the 16-digit Andorra.bz card number, and the password is the last 3-digits located on the back of the card. From there the system will allow you to select a personalized username and password. Complete the required fields and press the "submit" button. A confirmation message will appear that the card has been activated.

When is the Andorra.bz card ready for use?

Once the card is received and activated, the card can be used.

If the Andorra.bz card has been activated, why is it not working?

When the card is purchased it needs to be activated either online or through a Customer Service Representative. If unsure if the card is activated, please call: (305) 515-8099 If the card has been activated but the purchase amount is more than what is available on the card, the card will be declined. Simply pay the difference first (with cash or check) and when the remaining amount due is less than what is available on the card, the merchant can then swipe the card for an authorization. Do I need a promo code?

No. A promo code is strictly optional.

Why do I have to provide so much information about the recipient?

For security reasons, and reasons set forth by the government based on the Patriot Act, we are required to collect certain information about the cardholder.

Why do you need the recipient‘s Social Security number when ordering a personalized card?

For security reasons, and reasons set forth by the government based on the Patriot Act, we are required to collect certain information about the cardholder. Social Security Number is one of those requirements.

Why should I provide the recipient‘s email address even though it is optional?

We use email address for sending you certain promotions (which you can opt out of once you log into your account). Another thing we use your email address for is to send you your password in the event you forget it. If you do not provide your email address, we cannot provide that service to you. We never sell or give out your email address to any third party entity.

Can I transfer more money at the time of purchasing the card?

Yes! During the ordering process, you will be asked if you would like to add additional funds onto your Andorra.bz card. You can only load funds at the time of purchase using the same credit/debit card that you are using to pay for the Andorra.bz card. Once you have gotten your card, there will be other options for you to load funds onto your card. Please note, if you are using the "No Payment Now" option, you will not be able to load additional funds at the time of purchase.

Why do I have to call Customer Service if the Recipient has a "P.O. Box"?

For security reasons, the recipient must have a street address. P.O. Box addresses require additional verification that must be handled by a customer service representitive.

What is "Minimum Required Load"?

As a requirement for those who are paying upfront for their card, a minimum amount of money must be loaded onto the card before we can mail it out. This does not apply to those who are deferring thier payment until their first load.

What is "Additional Requested Load"?

The "Additional Requested Load" is the amount that you have selected to be added to the card in addition to the price of the card and the minimum load amount.

The person I am buying a card for lives outside the US. Can I still send one to them?

At this time, the recipient must have a valid US or UE address.

Do I need a Referral Code?

No, a referral code is not required and you may leave it blank.

Do I need a Power Pack number?

No. A Power Pack is a separate item that is completly optional. You may leave it blank.

What happens when the Andorra.bz card expires?

If the card has expired, either a new Andorra.bz card or check can be sent with the remaining balance (minus the $10.00 or € for Europe processing fee). The customer would need to send the expired card and a note stating which refund option they would prefer (new card or check) to the following address: Andorra.bz Customer Service: 1840 SOUTHWEST 22ND STREET, SUITE 4-443, MIAMI FL 33145. It takes approximately 8-10 weeks for the refund to be issued.

When the Andorra.bz card expires, will a new card be received? If so, will the new card be the same card number as the expired card?
